You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Necxcon, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
